Just so you know,m you should regulary trim the bottom one inche every 2-3 months. If it thinning at the bottom especially, you might wanna consider like 4 inches off.

Unless your prepared to have it cut and try a new style im afraid your options are limited. Layering the hair would increase movement making it look even thicker.I would suggest having it razor cut or professionally thinned out .Razor cutting it would leave it almost feathery like as apposed to blunt cutting it.

Well I disagree with the answerers that say very long hair doesn't look good. It might be envy, or it might be that they just don't understand, or haven't any sense of personal style. I think very long hair is a show stopper! Especially if it is in very good condition.

(And thats not because my hair is very long, because for several years now it has been just below shoulder length - but I think very long hair is lovely.)

Of course how she has her hair is totally up to her, but as long as she feels good about it, I think she could keep it long. Just have it trimmed every couple of months to keep it in good condition.

It is hard work looking after very long hair, especially as it is very thick (she is lucky!!) but she could wear it in a lot of different styles.

If your hair is too thick, get it thinned out a little to remove the bulkiness, so it'll lay right. If you want to keep your length I'd suggest getting layers, a long bob, or a face framing cut with or without bangs. If you want to live on wild side, you could try a disconnected cut which is nice because you can wear it more than one way. It's a cool look because it will be different lengths in different areas. So you can be creative %26amp; play around with it. Also, some kind of razor cut to soften the look of the ends would be nice. Added color enhances these syles.

You know what else would look nice?...If you got a blunt cut around the perimeter, (2cm shorter) added some highlights/lowlights, %26amp; get some deep waves, curls, or scrunchies.
