What do I do with thick straight poofy frizzy hair?

I have thick straight poofy frizzy hair and it gets on my nerves.It`s really long like 7-8 inches below my shoulders.What shampoo/conditioner should I use to get rid of the frizz and the dryness?What else should I do to get rid of them frizzies and poofiness?Help me.

Here is my advice as a hair stylist.



#1. Get your ends trimmed reg...



2. Use a good product line such as Matrix Sleek Look. Shampoo.. Cond... Extreme Styling Cream....And Gloss.



Or try Kenra.. they just came out with some great products for your hair!!



These products are a little pricy , but they are worth every penny.



Also, if you can, invest in a great pro grade flat iron, Like a CHI. I live by mine in the salon.

You should use a shampoo that will relax your hair, a great shampoo is Pureology, which you can get at any hair salon, or Redeken, which offers great hair styling products as well.
