from what i can see he has his hair shorter in the front than the back its a hair cut.

maybe if you still dont understand how thats done go to a stylist so they can cut your hair.

Find a picture online of Josh Groban and take in with you to a hair salon. The hairstylist should be able to recreate Josh's Hair cut for you. Go to a good hair salon that knows what their doing!!! You should also use the right products on your hair to make it look like Josh's hair. Josh has beautiful hair!! Good luck cutting your hair like his!!
