get a flat iron, a hai flat iron. they like 85$ but they work. just section your hair in small parts and use it and it works. use garnier frutics sleek and shine shampoo and conditioner too it works and makes my hair soft. i know u dont want to spend money but no home remedies that will work like a flat iron will that has real ceramic, you can also try to blow dry your hair straight with a paddle brush. and use leave in straighting and non frizz cream

While your hair is wet, first put some product in (gel, oil, whatever you have lying around).

Then, take 1" sections of hair and twirl them around your finger. Do this to all of your hair, leaving it to dry in long, corkscrew-esque curls. This way, when your hair curls as it dries, it will all curl the same way, rather than each individual strand going a different way and getting all poofy.

Also, brush your hair ONCE after you wash it, then don't do it again. Brushing your hair separates the strands, so instead of curly, you get puffy.

Good luck!
