You can't wash it every single day because thick curly hair tends to break easily and if you wash it everyday it will strip your natural oils that your hair needs. If you absolutely need to wash your hair I suggest that you wash it every other day.

And don't use hot tools too much.

I know its not good, but i wash mine everyday with shampoo because it gets oily easilly, and condition every second day. My hair is thick and wavy though, but usually thick and curly hair gets dry more esier, so washing it often isnt the best thing for it, just constant moisturising.

I just shampoo everyday with a salon shampoo, so my scalp doesnt become to sensitive.

Probably cause she straighten's it and is too lazy to do it over.

I have medium/thick hair. Naturally straight with some wave. I shampoo once a week. I rinse my scalp every other day and go through the motion of shampooing and then always condition my ends. When I don't rinse I use dry shampoo. Not shampooing saves SO much time on styling. I challenge whoever washes there hair once a day to skip a few and rinse instead it improves texture and natural shine. you will be amazed.

i have super thick+super curly hair, and i usually wash it every other day.

if i don't it gets kinda oily, but if i do it everyday it gets dry
